Recently Perrett Construction
has integrated Trimble GPS and Laser
Augmentation Technology, it consists of Blade control on two motor graders,
one D-5 Dozer and two base stations for multiple jobs. These applications
allow us to get within tolerance vertically and horizontally with ease. We also have a rover
control Site Positioning System that gives us the tools we need to help run
machines on site, reduce inoperable time and manage problems as they arise.
The pictures above are the newest editions to our team, two John
Deere blades with GPS grading systems. Below is a picture of a D-5 with GPS and a Base Station for grade
control applications.
